Subscriber/Fee Details
Pricing for ERS-Shortline is determined by the specific services selected by the subscriber and their subscriber status on this system:
Enterprise Subscribers
Enterprise Subscribers are Short Line and Regional Railroads, or related trade associations and businesses that utilize this system for their internal workforce or to create their own Compliance Program(s).
DESCRIPTION OF FEES
Fees for Enterprise Subscribers are as follows:

Sign-Up Fee - $99.95
A one time, non-refundable sign-up fee is required for Short Line Railroads and other companies who seek to subscribe to the ERS-Short Line service as an Enterprise Subscriber.

Build Fees - TBD
Additional fees may be charged to those Enterprise Subscribers who utilize the service to build and implement their own compliance program. Build Fees are determined by the components that the Enterprise Subscriber selects when building their compliance program.

Transaction Fees - TBD
Applicable Transaction fees will be assessed for Enterprise Subscribers that utilize this system for their internal workforce.
Resource Subscribers
Resource Subscribers are Contractors, Sub-contractors, Vendors and Suppliers who are required to participate in the Compliance Programs of the Enterprise Subscribers on this system.

Fees for Resource Subscribers are as follows:

Sign-Up Fee - $99.95
A one time, non-refundable Sign-Up Fee is required for all contractors, vendors and suppliers who seek to subscribe to the ERS-Short Line service as a Contractor/Vendor Subscriber.

Compliance Task/Transaction Fees
Resource Subscribers are responsible for all costs associated with required tasks resulting from their enrollment in the compliance programs of Resource Subscribers. These tasks may include:
- Applicant/Employee Data Entry
- Risk Assessment/Personnel Screening
- Administering Training & Testing
- Issuance of Security Credentialing (ID Badges)
- Issuance of Communications/Notifications
Transaction fees that are associated with these tasks vary and are determined by the requirements of each compliance program. Contractor/Vendors are also responsible for annual renewal/recertification fees for each compliance program in which they are enrolled.
Applicant/Employee Fees
There is NO CHARGE to Applicants/Employees that are required to access this system. Login details are provided to each Applicant/Employee by their Employers who utilize this system.
