• Check the security status of personnel previously entered into the e-RAILSAFE database.
  
• Conduct, grade, and sort required security background screenings on applicants and employees to determine their eligibility to access client facilities.
  
• Administer web-based compliance presentations and tests to your personnel as required by your clients on the system.
  
• Manage Adverse Action Notifications resulting from ERS-Short Line background screenings.
  
• Obtain the required Contractor ID Badges and manage their documentation and issuance to your personnel.
